Peter Caunt, CA

Peter has accumulated over 40 years of experience in the accounting profession.

From his beginnings as an articled clerk for a firm of chartered accountants in Nottingham England, Peter continued his accounting career in Sydney with his arrival in 1977.

Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a registered tax agent and company auditor, as well as being a Justice of Peace.

Peter has extensive knowledge and experience in business advice, management consulting, self managed superannuation funds and taxation advice for small to medium size enterprises and high net wealth clients.

Paul Hareb, B. Commerce, CA

Paul was admitted as a Partner to Caunt and Lowbeer in 2003. With over 30 years experience in the accountancy profession, he has extensive knowledge of income tax legislation, accounting, superannuation and auditing. Paul enjoys advising clients on a wide range of taxation issues, including superannuation, capital gains, fringe benefits, GST and income tax.

Paul is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a registered tax agent. Paul is also a Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Outside of work Paul enjoys long distance running, football, movies and spending time with his family and friends.

Mark Williams, B. Commerce (Acc), BBA, CA

Mark was admitted as Partner at Caunt and Lowbeer in 2007. He has been with the practice since his first year of university in 2000 and has been involved in all areas of the firm, working with a wide variety of clients.

Mark works with clients across all areas of taxation, accounting, superannuation and business development and growth, as well as helping to assist clients with achieving their goals.

Following completion of the Chartered Accountants Program in March 2007, Mark was admitted as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is also registered tax agent and a Justice of the Peace.

Outside of work, Mark’s main interests are particular to sport and music. He follows all codes of football, and also plays tennis, golf, touch football, and enjoys snowboarding and motorbike riding. Mark also enjoys watching live music and playing the drums.
